Data we may process

When you use the contact form, we process the information you submit: first name, last name, professional email address, organization or club, role, sport, request topic and message.

The form also sends contextual information that helps us process the request, such as language and page URL. Technical data strictly necessary for operation and security may also be processed by the hosting infrastructure.

Recipients and service providers

Data is accessible to authorized people within LEAD YOU who need it to handle the request.

LEAD YOU also relies on technical providers required to operate the website and contact form, including Amazon Web Services for hosting and processing infrastructure, Google / Gmail for receiving and managing messages sent to the company’s contact mailbox, and Umami for website analytics.

Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers must be covered by mechanisms provided for under applicable data-protection law.

Retention periods

Prospect data may be retained for up to three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact, unless a different period is justified by a contractual relationship, legal obligation or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies and website analytics

The website does not use advertising cookies. Lead You uses Umami to measure website traffic in aggregate and better understand how visitors use its different pages.

Analytics data may include pages viewed, referral source, device type, browser, operating system and country of origin.

Umami is used without analytics cookies or advertising-based cross-site tracking. Lead You does not send information entered into the contact form to Umami, such as names, email addresses, organizations or message content. The conversion event associated with a successful contact-form submission only sends the page viewed and the website language.

The website may also use technical mechanisms necessary for operation. A language preference may, for example, be stored locally in your browser so that your French or English choice can be respected.
